Planner responsible for the site design and development of a concept plan for a proposed multi-building apartment community. Adam’s role included preparation of a detailed technical site plan, ordinance compliance review, and calculation of a comprehensive site data table to confirm density, setbacks, and parking requirements. The concept served as the foundation for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) submittal, ensuring the project’s design met both regulatory expectations and the client’s vision for a high-quality residential environment.

The plan envisions a walkable, amenity-rich apartment community organized around a central clubhouse and pool complex, complemented by outdoor gathering spaces such as a dog park, dog spa, and BBQ plaza. Eight residential buildings ranging from three to four stories provide a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, framed by tree-lined drives and landscaped buffers. A gated main entry, secondary emergency access, and well-distributed parking—including garages, carports, and compact stalls—create a balanced circulation system that supports both safety and convenience. The resulting concept blends functional site planning, cohesive design, and amenity integration to establish a strong foundation for future development and PUD approval.
