Senior Urban Planner leading the development of a new Health Village Master Plan for a property owned by a regional healthcare provider. Adam’s role included coordination and outreach with the client to develop a tool to summarize future service lines and estimate land requirements while factoring in stormwater requirements, parking needs, general overall access and circulation, and landscaping/open space.

The master plan was designed in an iterative process while testing assumptions made in the service line summary. The final concept captured lots and site layouts for all future facilities set within a unified and cohesive setting integrating pedestrian circulation, passive recreation areas, and stormwater management within an open park-like setting connecting throughout the campus.
