Project Manager for the design of an 86-unit townhome development in Lincolnshire, Illinois.  The 20 acre site was included as part of an existing Planned Unit Development (PUD).  Amendment of the existing PUD to allow for the residential use was completed, permitting the development of the new residential neighborhood. A boulevard entrance in the property leads to a triangular park enclosed by the townhome units, creating an outdoor room and central focal point of the development and space for neighborhood gathering. A network of sidewalks and paths connecting parks and natural open spaces provide residents opportunities for both active and passive recreation. The project completed construction in 2019.
